It looks like the only 'value' it has is the tailgate and the FST bracketry. Maybe some odds & ends. How bad is the rust?

I havent found too much rust but it has a Dura-Bake paint job.

I have most of a 1974 FJ40 that I can use to bring it back to Toyota.
