Another CDL thread.

Hey Gang, I've been fighting this for while, I forget about it, and then spend countless hours messing with it until my brain is exhausted.

2000 Land Cruiser
Center Locker Not working. When I press the button, I get nothing. No Relay click, No actuator noise. I drive just to make sure its not just a dash lighting issue. Nothing. I've replaced the dash switch and circuit board, and I've also recently replaced the switch on the T-Case. Even if I put the truck in 4lo, the TSC light doesn't come on. I genuinely confused. I already have a actuator for CDL. But trying to figure out why it won't even engage the relay.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bust out the multimeter, I would check power at the switch, power at the actuator, see if you've got a wire break somewhere or at least narrow down which end you should focus on.

Agree with above.

You replaced the CDL lock sensor in the front extension housing? Can just pull the actuator to bench test too. I think there is enough clearance between top of tcase and floorpan where it can be pulled without lowering the tcase but can't recall for sure.
