So far all thats been done was thats I installed the dual cases and the crossmember. We used trail gears dual case crossmember. I'm not sure that I like it though. We'll see what happens. I might just make something. The plans have changed again. he'll be putting toy rears front and 52" chevy springs rear but will be selling all the toy 5.29 arb & spool diffs, longs, 5" trail gear springs, rear housing thats been shaved, front axle rebuild kit w/ bearing, new marlin seals, vented rotors, arb compressor and what ever else I missed. He'll be getting the sky's fullwidth kit and swapping 1 ton drivetrian in it. anybody interested in this shtuff

here's some pics of the rear. I installed some 52" chevy springs in the stock location to get about another 5" of wheelbase. Still need to install some 2" blocks and it should be alright until we link the back. those c channel shackles are on there until I make some other ones. I bought it with the bling shackes at no extra cost

Did a little work yesterday. Took the dash out of the other cab to install part of it in this one.

I need to cut some holes for the ac lines because the truck doesn't have any on it. I also cut the floor and installed the shifters for the dual cases.

I did a little work on the truck. I installed some rear blocks to bring the rear up. I'll be making some front springs today or tomorrow. I'm having problems with the fuel system. The pump isn't havinging any juice go to it. No clue whats wrong. I'll be working on it today

Thanks, I ended up getting it to work. I replaced some fused, kicked it, cursed a little and it worked. I didn't do much on the truck yesterday. I cleaned the cab out part of the way. I also test drove it and checked out the low range in it.
here's some pics. here's one of the rear suspension.

Haven't had much progress lately. I took the cab down to the recycling place. got $18 for it. put some fluid in the cases. drove it around. still need to make some front springs. I got some center bolts for them. I'll be picking up some fullwidth axles here probably this weekend and then swapping them under. here's some pics. I'm not sure of the wheel base. it should be about 115 or so I'll have to measure

my bro picked up some axles for it today. He went with a ford 9" rear and actually a 10 bolt up front. since he couldn't find any 1 ton axles and he wanted to get his rig done. the axles have 5.13's hysteer front, locked front and rear. gonna be swaping them in either today or tomorrow hopefully.

The 9" is now under the truck. I'll ordered sky's shackles and crossmember for the fullwidth swap. It should be here friday or saturday and then I'll be putting the front axle on. I have half of the front square driveshaft done I just need to make the rest of it.

I should have some more parts showing up this weekend and will have the axles up and just need to finish up the square driveshaft for the front so I can drive it down the to driveshaft shop. Does anyone know where to get a tap for gm tre to modify the toy pitman arm?

Well I've built about 5 toys all with solid axles. I fabbed 3 of them and went with skys kit for the other 2. This one is my bro's buildup. I'm way busy at work and he's working two jobs so he just went with sky's kit to save some time. It can definately be made for way cheaper than the kit. But oh well it's his build and it saved a bunch of time fabing the spring hanger and shackles so it helped. I need to get it finished before the first weekend in november and now I need a 60 in the front because I think he'll be picking up some 44" boggers

Here's some front shots. I got some sliders and a box mount and hopefully the rest of my steering will get here soon. Should have the sliders, gm master cylinder and brake lines, and steering this weekend
