Has anyone found a radio receiver that is a modern upgrade from the original system, but does not have a touch screen? I am looking for something with modern technology but with little or no display.

Alpine CDE-W265BT. Can't get them new anymore but they can be found used. Has all the modern features and no touch screen. Can even change the back lighting to match the factory green lights.
