Haha agreed. It's only about two hours north of me. I'm tempted to make the drive to see it in person.
I want to get into a Land Cruiser at somepoint, but this might not be the one to start with.
I may be selling my 2010. 195K-ish miles. Minus the rear hatch, a complete re-paint one year ago, and replaced the grill and headlamps with Factory OEM. Barely driven it since. I did have a broken valve spring fixed a few months ago. Outside is as new, inside is a 9 out of 10. Runs perfectly of course.

Interior pics? Did you have a HG issue or was it just the valve?
No HG issues. Just a broken spring. Mechanic said he’d never seen it before on a Toyota.
I don’t have interior pics. It’s tan and flawless.
