NICE job! Nice explanation. But I always thought Hella made a decent relay. Maybe things have changed in the last 20 years though. Wouldn't be surprised. What relay did you finally go with?

The relay they put in their kits (lights and horns) is a POS. They do make good ones though, I think I bought the ones I use from Susquehanna Motorsports.

It depends from where you buy the product. I suggest you to buy horns from warning light pro. They sells product at cheap price but maintain the quality.
