Hey guys,
If you're looking for a replacement for your cracked '69 and earlier 36 spline steering wheel I found an inexpensive option. Steiner tractor parts makes a 18" 36 spline 11/16" shaft wheel that looks more like the wheel found on the BJ Jeep and '55-'57 FJ25. The center diameter that the horn button fits into is smaller than the original wheel, but there's still room for the button and the button clip. The wheel on my LV is toast so l took some measurements and even though one is metric and the other standard to my surprise it fit like a glove. At only $51.50 plus $10 shipping I'm pretty happy with it. It might not be for everyone but I just thought I'd put it out there. STEINER Tractor Parts / Product code: OLS047 Phone: 800-234-3280
