Well, I downsized and sold my LEM grinder (fantastic meat grinder BTW) and the KA plastic meat grinder broke...so I'm back to making pizzas :D. But I did just come in to 1/2 of a Desert Bighorn so will be cubing, rolling in herb paste & sheeshkabob'n :)
