Guys, if it is ok with Steen, and the club i'd like to send an arrangement from UC. Tragic loss, no words... But I think it is the least the club can do...
More than OK... it's the least we can do. Wish I could make it up there.
I'm in shock. I spent hours talking 80s with Logan.
That Whee trip was so much fun (that is me next to him in purple).
He will be missed. I was looking forward to wheeling with him when I got my truck done
We should do a memorial to him with some sort of nice marker similar to what GA Cruisers did when we lost Jonathan a number of years ago. His memory is still up in Tellico.
Just got back from the funeral. It was very well attended and well done, The speaker was superb.
Didn't speak to the family, they were covered up with grief-stricken well-wishers. But I'm glad I went.
His 80 was parked prominently in front of the Funeral Home and his snowboard was propped up beside the casket.
The speaker in her homily said something about hitting every rock and mud puddle because "that's what mud haters do".
Of all the wonderful people I've gotten to know through wheeling he is the one I will miss the most. He was really an awesome kid and I was looking forward to watching him grow into engineering. He would have made an awesome engineer. I was hoping he would come to Greenvillle and go to ICAR.
See ya next time/place kid, I'm proud and grateful to have known you.

Bill didn't see you there, but I got there early and left very late after talking to his parents for about an hour. I then had lunch with the family and then hit up some trails at uwharrie to drink a pabst on Kodak for him and then I went back to the Monk house to talk some more.
I don't think i've ever balled so much in my life than in the last two days. Stay tune for info on a mega Hamom to fix up the truck for the Cruising Carolinas event in September.
Kodak the hard way. Logan could do it. First time I saw it done with a streetable truck was Logan.
