Title in hand, this trailer has been used to camp in and has been off road. It has proven to be very durable and tows great behind my 2005 Jeep LJ. The box and tent can be removed to allow the trailer to be used for hauling cargo (don't have a pick up truck? Here is your answer...). The tent is in fair to good shape, it has no leaks and has several upgrades: king size memory foam mattress (quite comfortable), anti condensation pad under the mattress, dual telescoping ladders (the up graded ones not the less desirable square beam style), room annex (this is quite large and zips onto the tent providing and entire room that is protected from the elements), a "room divider" that can be installed in the main tent to divide it into two sleeping areas (don't know why one would want to do this but it is included). The trailer has been titled "home built" due to the previous owner not having a title for it. With the amount of work I have done to it is pretty much rebuilt from the ground up. It has a pintle hitch (much stronger than any of the "off road" hitches on the market), the rear of the tub has a tailgate and when opened there is a pull out that has storage and work surfaces for cooking, etc. The top opens and allows access to the inside of the trailer. Inside there is a 16 gallon water tank, 12 volt pump and plumbing that discharges the water out of the faucet on the front of the trailer. There is also a 12 volt, deep cycle battery and power distribution that includes several USB outlets and a 12 volt power point. The "gerry" can is the housing for the tankless hot water heater that is fed by the 20 gallon propane bottle. All of this rides on 285 75R16 Pirelli tires that have plenty of tread left. The suspension is Rancho 2" lift springs and Monroe shocks.
Asking $7000 for the trailer but will consider other offers. Trailer and us are in Alexandria, Virginia.
