Akron area: key programming help?

Hi, all.

Anyone around Akron successfully program master keys/remotes? I have two master keys for my HZJ105 (red key light goes off), but I follow the guides here and can't seem to program new ones.

Truck was heavily modified before I got it, so there could be a technical issue. I'm just trying to rule out user error...

I’d call up to Toyota or Kent and ask for Matt Gleespen. Dealer, I know but he’s one of the best.
