Wanted Aisin hub clutch!

Does anyone have an Aisin hub cluch laying around they would want to sell me, or know where I can get one?
During my rebuild, I found that the PO must have LOST it...
The local Toyota STEALERS quoted me 350.00 for an new assy, as they cant get parts for those!!!!:eek: :mad: :eek: :mad: (**** those guyz...I donno why I even bother calling them)
Would the clutch from a 60 fit? There might be one at the PnP I can pillage?
Any other alterantives I might be able to use?
It locks up with just the carrier pawl, but Id feel be better if I had it all complete!

I am 99% sure that the Asin hubs on the mini axels work for the 60 series. There are always more minis than 60's at the PnP. If it wont work as a direct replacement you should be able to canabilize the parts from it to make your incomplete one work.

Chicago-All FJ60 and all solid axle Minitruck hubs are a direct fit. I have a dial/clutch spare, but it could use a clean up and a repaint. It was off an FJ60.

Just to be clear-you are talking about the clutch that attaches to the spring that is attached to the dial, right?

that's what Im talking about!
Id hate to have to spend a hundred or so, clams, for a whole hub when all I need is ONE part out of it.
It weird, the hubs still lock without it, but id rather have it complete.

you may want to try cruiserparts.net. I thought I had a similar problem. I thought I was missing one of the springs in the hub mechanism. Come to find out, it was in there all along! Anyhow, try cruiserparts.net. I bought a complete used hub assembly including clutch from those guys for $50 plus shipping. Since I didn't need to take any parts from it, the hub now serves as a paper weight on my desk. If you can't snag one from cparts, let me know I GUESS I can sell you this one that I've got;)

No way. The hub cannot lock without the clutch. Look at the hub it came from and see if the clutch isn't down in the muck, so in effect, it's locked all the time. The attachment of the clutch to the spring is the only thing that causes it to be withdrawn when you turn the dial, so if it comes off the sping, it can stay in the locked position INSIDE the hub body. Seriously, go take a look.

If it isn't there, PM me your address, and I'll send it up later this week.

No they don't. Different spline count and size of axle.
