I haven't heard of a template that matched well enough to use for all the holes. Usually the template works pretty well for the big hole. Once that's cut, you can mark the small holes by putting in the studs and slamming it on the fender (or the paper template so you can see how far off it would have been. I mounted a clone of the ARB using that strategy. Plenty of threads about the ARB template workarounds. Same ideas work for any other snorkel.

Hey everyone,

I got myself one of those TJM knock-offs.
Looks exactly like the TJM Airtec (011SAT0080A).
Snorkel - Equipaddict - New Version - https://www.euro4x4parts.com/en/parts/ref=FSE1108/snorkel-equipaddict-new-version/oe=ts80

However, I don't get how I would fit it to the air box.
It came only with a stencil for the drill holes.

With the Safari type snorkels there is a rubber hose connecting the snorkel's outlet to the air box.
Here the snorkel consists of two plastic parts so it enters the fender earlier.
It then prolongs through the fender with a second plastic pipe.
However, the diameter of the air box inlet and the second plastic part that goes into fender are the same.
On the snorkel side I would assume to use silicone as the parts fit well into each other.

Does anyone have photos of how they fitted their either original or knock-off TJM Airtec snorkel to the air box?

Cheers,
Mark
