yeah, it's pretty bad. You should have seen the floor, or rather the ground through the holes in the floor! ha ha Replaced all the flooring last fall with 10ga. sheet steel and factory floor panels on drivers side. Also new tube steel supports underneath, 4x4 tube near rear heater and 2.5x2.5 new rear sill. I plan to cut these rusted quarters and rockers off later this week and have new ones to be welded on. Also replacing the little uprights at rear door opening with new channel iron of same dimensions.

I bought my panels from Liquid offroad. I think the cost will be well worth it.

While you have the panels off, take the time to clean up the frame you have access to and rust protect it, POR15

OH YEAH. I plan to sandblast everything I can and either POR15 or rust bullet it. Durabak will be going into the tup and up portion of sidewalls. Right now the rust bucket is out in the company parking lot and it's pouring out. Should help wash the rust off! ha ha
