I suck the fluid from reservoir in low position, fill up reservoir , pump working , not going up , check AHC system message
Please help
Done this before, alll was fine

Make sure you have fluid, when I changed globes I got the same message and what worked for me is, when you start the car almost immediately start flicking the height switch up, before any of the messages appear on the dash, sometimes that will kick the pump to start lifting the truck.

Check the AHC sticky thread above, many users have had this problem.

after all this info , I'm taking AHC pump apart tomorrow ! wish me luck , good think i have same spare AHC fluid :D
suspecting clogged screen filters , did you know you can test AHC with foxwell code reader ? have to be specific for toyota tho .....

If you sucked up all the fluid, you may have let air into the system. I believe the proper way to do the fluid change is NOT to remove old fluid, but rather to bleed the system while adding new fluid into the reservoir.

If you do have air in the lines, bleeding will likely be the only way to get rid of it. Make sure the pump always has fluid in it, as it is NOT self priming, and WILL burn out if it’s run dry. It’s also insanely expensive.

I was able to pull some gui stuff from screeen filter
Working on cars from salt belt is a …. Bitch !
Every bolt , fitting , plastic clip , electric connectors are terrible to disassembly.
I get it done …
Now priming part …
What is the best way to prime pump ❓
