AG13 button battery / 12v adapter?

I was looking at a little cheap digital thermometer and thinking about it for my FJ60 for outside temp... but it takes 2 1.5v AG13 batteries. How difficult would it be to build a converter/adapter to hard wire this thing to 12v?
