I need parts though! If anyone can help or has the following I'd love it.

front driver's side seatbelt in oak
Oh s*** handles screwhead caps
screws for 2nd row steps
intact '95-'97 flares, if you can get em without losing clips, and any associated hardware
any carpet mats in oak or weathertec mats
power steering box

first thing I did was get it stuck though.

That's AWESOME!!! It looks like it's in great shape.

I'm 99% sure the oak seat belt is NLA, I searched but it turns out the belts just needed a thorough wash. Lots of threads on options to replace on Mud.

I bought some random discontinued interior things from this guy, maybe he'll have some of the stuff you need - he was great to work with:
