P=I * E
E=I * R

You can figure everything in a DC circuit from those.

E is electromotive force a pressure that we often call voltage.

So long story short I ended up with a Voswitch power module and switch panel setup

So the final piece of my puzzle is the winch extension cables from the Blue Sea shutoff switch to the battery

Did it come with replaceable icon pads for accessories you have or don't have?

Not sure what those are, but this is what it looks like (switch panel for inside the cabin not shown)

For your pad panel with the icons of which button does what, there should be, and it looks like there is in your bottom picture of the baggies with the 3M sheets in it, extra/replacement icons for the button pad, so if you have a compressor, you can swap out the roof LED lights for that icon, or if you have ditch lights instead of a bumper LED, etc.
Usually there's a sheet of these for the button pad. Something like these from Amazon:

Ah, gotcha. Yes it came with a bunch of stickers for the switch panel itself.

Called Warn. They told me the controller wires are 2 gauge copper cables so that's what I'll do from the Blue Sea cutoff switch to the battery.

One thing I enjoyed and would do on another winch install is, off of that winch cutoff, wire in any cheapo LED license-plate / flat light to the switch along with the winch.

Gives you a visual representation of when the switch is in the ON position, and lets you see the hook and maybe the drum at night while using it. I had a decent amount of space on that FJ, but probably doable in most bumpers.
