Adding headlight washers?

I have them on my ‘13. I’m not sure they’re worth a lot in our climate.

Congrats on the 200 purchase! Interesting find, I would not have thought that combo was even a possibility. Any chance it didn't start life in America? Is it by chance a non-nav?
I agree with @CJ3Flyer that they're not super useful. The exception is in freezing conditions where you have ice loading up on the front (and you use winterized fluid). Typically when this happens, the radar sensor also loads up and we get the warning on the display. Too bad there isn't a spray option for the sombrero.

That's strange, according to the VIN it came with the washers.

Well, that is a little scary. Hope it isn't a rebuild. It has Nav. Coming from WA, maybe it started life in Canada, but the Carfax is wrong.

Well... it could be a really good thing. Any chance it's a diesel? 
Does it have AHC? Trying to think what 'foreign markets' Lexus serves that doesn't use the metric system? Middle East?

Who at Lexus did you talk with (someone not at a dealer I hope) and what the heck is “built for a foreign market” truck doing in WA?
It seems far more likely the truck has a new bumper. It’s worth a bit more investigating to find out for sure. Did you check Lexus service records?

I'm assuming that it's currently on a Carmax transfer from WA to VA? Typically with this it's at your cost to pay for the xfer. I'd start the conversation with Carmax, expressing your concern that they sold you a vehicle that wasn't produced for the US market without informing you. Explain that you might still be interested, but that you wouldn't have paid for the transfer had you known the undisclosed variance. The goal of that convo would be to get you off the hook for the cost but still give you the opportunity to inspect it and see if you have a real gem before opting out. I still think there's opportunity for an upside here. Just need to get your hands on it to see what you really have. Also I'd work to find out what 'foreign market' it may have come from so that you can start researching what parts might not be available here (i.e. interior trim bits, exhaust components, etc). You'll also want to figure out what the vehicle inspection process will be like when it comes time for registration. Here in Oregon, they plug in to your OBDII. Just wondering if the VIN doesn't come up with an emissions spec what that would look like when trying to get tags.

Is there any chance there's a typo in the VIN? Have you seen a picture of the VIN plate?
