I was thinking the same thing last night. There must be overseas markets that have these non-integrated set-ups. I am going to do some more research online and then start a new post. Since I sort of hijacked this thread a bit.

I got back from SE Asia a few weeks ago and all of the 100's there have the non-integrated setup. I wish someone made a business of just selling us the setup...
