General layout for positioning of components. Down to just 2 power window switches. The pass side switch will be centrally located for access from both seats.

This is how the freshly disassembled and lithium lubed mechanism works on the bench. Using a power supply at 25v with a max of 10a.
One direction is "ok" the other bogs

EDIT: turned out the problem was a combination of low voltage and incomplete lubrication... all is well now.

Power locks (w/fob) and power windows project is complete.

No more leaning over to roll the passenger window up/down while driving down the road. No more messing around getting the doors unlocked one at a time when traveling with another person or when loading into the back.

(I know: manual is more reliable... and probably so, but I'm going to bask in the convenience for now)
