How much do all the parts cost all together?


Anyone know what the max power rating for the A440 is?
 
Great work, thanks for the write up. I finished mine a few months ago but it's still waiting for other parts of the engine swap to get done. I still need to get the TC rebuilt.

I had to wait a few months before I could fire it up and feel the taste of victory when I saw the wheels turn before dropping it off the stands.

Its a good idea to take notes and pictures. These two thrust washers are both the same part number but cannot go back together mixed up. Its important to keep the wear items in order if you're not going to replace them with new.

Removing the front planet set from the intermediate shaft.

To get at the rear planet set I had to modify a cheap pair of needle nose on the bench grinder to release the snap ring. Snap-On be Damned!!

Fresh out of the varsol tank and ready to snap back together. The planet gear side clearance measurements were all nominal.
