While I certainly wish the seller luck, ( a rising tide lifts all boats ) it is VERY difficult to recoup ones investment from a proper restoration.

Seems to me that I've seen a thread on it here on Mud but can't seem to find it now. I LOVE it and it was made the same year as me, so all the better. I only wish I had the money laying about to bring her home.

I think he would stand a chance to get that price at Barret Jackson on the right day, but may struggle a bit on Fleabay. Having said that, I do wonder why he put so much '72 stuff in her and sacrificed the original stuff.
