Update on the project! We got the truck back from the A/C shop!!! It's blowing cold and we like it! The wife is pleased, so everyone's happy!

I don't like the hose routing, but it will serve. When I dropped off the truck to be hooked up. the installer and I discussed the hose routing. He said he would route the suction hose along the firewall to the compressor. However, when I picked it up he had routed it the opposite way along the right fender, through the core support, behind the grill and back through the support to the compressor.
I had to bend the condenser outlet tube and massage the hoses some and tie them back to install the grill without the hoses putting excessive pressure on the grill retaining clips. It's all good now. Maybe it's a blessing 'cause I'm formulating a plan to install a turbo and the area near the exhaust manifold is clear!!!
Lessee, before I delivered the truck to the A/C shop, I diagnosed and repaired the ARB on board air. I had put the ground connection to 24V by accident when I installed the batteries. Now that it's grounded the system works!!!
I don't know about y'all, but in my opinion having a 4wd truck with open diffs is a misnomer. Heck, just the rear locker alone puts the truck up and over some steep inclines that I can't pull over in 4wd with the diffs open. I highly encourage those of you who want to wheel your rigs with authority to get at least a rear locker. Get a front one too if you want the ultimate in traction! Lockers are the largest performance gain you can do to your truck!!!
The headlights were a 10 minute fix. I repaired the fuse link at the first battery where the 12v tap is. we are all good there.
Bout alls that left on this rig is to replace or convert the winch to 24v, repair the cruiser lean and patch the exhaust pipe at the manifold flange. I gotta keep her quiet till the turbo goes on....
Some pics of the hose routing.....
