Thanks to ovrroks, I found a place near by to get my cats replaced with one high flow cats for around $180bucks. I am getting it done tomorrow and I will let you know the result.
Someone fro this forum mentioned that I need to get a OBD II competible cats otherwise I will see the "Check Engine"light. Is this true? I mean, there is a cat that is NOT OBD II compliant?

I would hesitate to say but as long as the cat jives with your muffler bearings I bet it's obdII compliant.
 
get a 91....pre cat O2 sensor only hehehe.
