I just started a build on a 1994 LC; the two things that I would really love to hear about are:
1) The roof rack: did you have to remove the OEM roof rack to get yours on?
2) Which socks did you end up using?

You have to remove the outer rails and cross bars but the smaller rails in the center of the roof can stay. As for shocks I'm using the icon 2.0 stage 1 shocks from autocraft.

Time for a late update. I installed the Autocraft 50mm stage 1 lift back in October.

New parts awaiting installation

Rear shocks, springs, sway bar drop brackets and longer bump stops installed. I loosened up both track bar bolts and all 8 control arm bolts to let the suspension droop. Made installing the new springs a breeze. I tightened everything back up once the tires were back on and it was sitting on the ground.

Front springs out. Again I loosened up bothe track bar bolts and the 2 frame side radius arm bolts.

The kit didn't come with any provisions for longer front bump stops so I wanted to make sure the shock wasn't going to bottom out before hitting the bump stops. This pic is with the weight of the vehicle on the bump stops. About 1" of shock shaft exposed, doesn't get much better than that!

This is full drop. The spring is still fully seated.

All done! It's sitting about 1 1/2" higher in the back but once I add the fridge, rear 4x4 labs rear swing out bumper and RTT it should level out nicely. The ride is sooooo much better!!

Thanks for sharing; I am seriously looking at going with the ICON product instead of the OME. Curious - what is the main difference in the ride that you are noticing?

The harshness I was experiencing before is completely gone. The shock dampening is way better than what was on there as well. When I hit a dip or a speed bump it doesn't bounce it just soaks it up. I don't know how it would compare to OME but compared the stock it's a night and day difference.

A couple pictures from the York 210 OBA install. Fills the tires up nice and fast!

Picture of the distribution manifold with the pressure switch, pop off, gauge and quick connect coupler. For now the switch is just wired in the engine bay. I also replaced the bearings in the clutch assembly.

I added a blue sea fuse panel in the rear on the drivers side. It’s hidden in the little drivers side arb drawer cubby hole. It provides power to the led work light and 12v outlets mounted to the drawer panel. You can also see the $20 container store attic rack that I added a while ago. Comes in handy!

BH3D printing double cup holder and dash bezel with CB mic holder. This pic also shows the CB radio, dual usb plug and CDL switch.

Dual battery setup using factory Toyota passenger side battery box, slee windshield washer relocation bracket, blue sea fuse box and automatic charging switch. All the rear 12v outlets, led lights and fridge are off of the house battery.

Most recently was the Marlin crawler part time transfer case install. It replaces the viscous coupler in the transfer case and allows you to have part time 4 wheel drive. I wanted to do this so there was less wear and tear on the front end.

New oem Toyota locking hubs. So now the front axle shafts, front differential and front drive shaft no longer spin in 2wd.
