Im sure this has been answered somewhere but didnt see it. What's involved in putting a passenger front door from a 96 onto a 94? Interior pieces not matching doesnt bother me too much. Will all the guts have to be swapped over from shell to shell?

Plug and play. There the same.
I swapped in a brand new second hand door on my '95. No idea what year it came off. I used the original door card but the replacement door didn't have the wiring for the courtesy light. Other than that they are identical.
