One other question, when you replaced the t-cases, you replaced everything from the transmission back to the driveshafts? I ask because if you did, that eliminates the center differential as a problem. I've never looked at the transfer case and I'm not sure if you could replace the t-case without replacing the center diff. I've always assumed that the center diff was part of the t-case, but assuming can be stupid sometimes.

Andy, where are you located?

Personally I would put that sucker up on 4 jack stands and give her a spin on each wheel in N/N and see what is shaking.

I like the test in #11 best, as putting them in the air and seeing if you can turn one has a huge flaw. That being a human's inability to rotate a tire to check for slipping drive flanges is well below the 80s 180lbs-ft of torque so there's a possibility it would pass that test, yet not move the truck. Best to have a helper at the wheel and yourself at each front wheel with the center cap and dust cap removed so you can detect slippage there at the axle tip.
