i would think as long as they both had the same engines it would work.

but if the 93 has a v6 and the 87 has a 4 cylinder i am not sure, you can take the radiators out and compare them, looking closely at where your hoses connect, i think i ran a v6 radiator in my truck for a while.

doesnt matter v6 works in 4cy

so yes

shrouds are different.

on the topic of rads. does anybody know how i could find out what rad is in my truck? the engine was swapped, and the rad doesnt appear to be from either the original body, or the engine. is there is serial number somewhere?

Installed and fit great!!!! The fan shroud only bolts up on three of the four holes and its a bit tall at the top. But does not hit/touch anything when the hood is down. It looks like a bigger radiator. It's got the Auto tranny oil connectors, wondering if it would be a good idea to run the power steering oil through there. Or maybe the engine oil?

Anyways
I gunned it up the hill on the 405 just n. of the 10 and it hit 210 F for a few moments going at 65 mph with the foot to the floor. Then on the way back it was at like 198 F but mainly at 180 F. I'm using an aftermarket Temp sensor with connection/sensor just past the thermostat. I kept up with traffic on the way up. Now, its pretty cold outside so I wont know if it fixed it to where im comfortable till i check it on a hot day.
I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE MY A/C!!! IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?

The bottom of the radiator is pretty cold compared to the top so I know its cooling right.

I've done new oil pump, water pump new gaskets and what not. It passes smog and never get a problem with it running too rich or lean .... If this don't work, what could it be?
