Any chance that you can share which wires are which? I'm replacing my computer as well, but the wire colors don't correspond to my current plug.

Here's what I posted in this other thread. The wire colours didn't match what I had in either 80 series or 100 series EWDs, but the pinout number on the ECM board itself lined up with the functions in the correct order (80 and 100).

I ended up buying the still-in-production 100 series shift lock ECU, 85933-60080.

I can confirm the original 80 series ecu, 85933-60050, is not only the exact same physical casing, but and all the functions are the same - the cabling is just different.

However, if you pop the casing like I did, you'll notice the cabling pinout onto the board is identical! You can simply remove the cabling from your old 80 series ecu and attach it to the (still in production) 100 series ecu.

The wire colours were not the same as in the manual, either 80 or 100 series manuals, but I cross referenced the functions to pins on both EWDs, tested, confirmed works perfectly. WINNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!

Amazing, thank you!

I actually don't have the old computer to compare and I'd gotten a buddy at Lexus to look up like 20+ different wiring diagrams from vehicles that had these computer with no luck - but your wire colour notes gave me all the info I need!
