Been searching far and wide for a replacement clutch master cylinder but can’t find any, OEM, aftermarket, or even rebuild kits. I’ve been in contact with Japan 4x4 to no avail sadly. Does anybody know of another source that might help? Or have any extra lying around? I’d greatly appreciate it.
 
Is the master cylinder itself ruined or does it just need a rebuild? I successfully put T100 parts (seals on the piston mostly) on my 1991 LJ78 and it worked fine.

I think it just needs a rebuild. I’m glad to find that you were able to rebuild with domestic parts, do you mind giving me specifics on the t100 model/parts you used?
 
I don't know exactly what part numbers I used, I had a master cylinder from a 3.4/5-speed T100 that I scavenged for parts when my original seals failed. Anything from a 1996+ T100, 4Runner or Tacoma with the 3.4L engine should work. I might have a rebuild kit sitting around somewhere, I'll have a dig through my parts boxes and see.
