looks sexy clean.. im afraid to look into mine of course it's still sitting in the truck. i just hope that over heating from the clogged rad hasn't killed my block or my head if it's the head i'll spend the 485 for the street rv with the torkor cam. and be done

blew the head gasket on #1. i took some gasket material and held it down with my hand on all 4 cylinders it blew up on compression and sucked down into the cylinder on the down stroke.all though not a compression test it does show the rings are sealing. so i will see what happens. since i have been in and out of work for the last two years i do not have the $ to totally rebuild right now.hope this thing last a few years.

hey now just got done a 88 lebaron convertable that is my wifes baby i had to get my truck done trust me it is not easy to work in when it is all cleaned up. but it usually does not look that bad. and it will be even better when i get my 24 x 36 shop finished.

on the engine i pulled out (with the spun bearings) there was oil in the intake runners. none in the air chamber and no sign that there ever was. have any of you ever seen this before and how did it get there? i am sure i will find out when i start tearing it apart. but was just wondering.
