I'm looking at a 85 extended cab with original rebuilt EFI motor. I've know the owner, he's driven it since new. 200,XXX average body. everything runs good is 2000.00 a good price or is that high?

This is your lucky day! I'd jump on it, very desirable combination of parts there. If you want to daily drive it 95% more than wrenching and wheeling it I'd check more mechanical things and creature comforts (heat, ext). Not that they're prone to failure, it just may be close to some significant service with that mileage.

Hurry up and buy it, the world knows about it now!

Howdy! I have one of these. I luv it. I bought it for my son when he was just 15 and we built it up with 4"suspension and 3"body lift. It runs 35" tires with 5.29 diffs and a Detroit Locker in the rear. It still runs good, but the original clutch is getting thin, and I may just have to replace it someday. It has 198xxx miles on it. John

What a piece of junk! :D

Yes, buy it before someone tries to track you down and scoop it from under you!

Welcome to Mud!!! :flipoff2: Glad to have you!

The truck you are looking at is probably the single most desirable Toyota mini today, at least from an off roaders standpoint. If it runs good and doesn't have frame rust then its a great deal. Put an 86-95 rear axle under it and make it even better.

Put an 86-95 rear axle under it and make it even better. Why???
