The contrast is so great between the fresh black paint and the rusty frame that it looks photoshopped.... 3" body lift for reference.

Better shot of what's going on here:

I like that. Suuuper simple. Just my style. I plan on a 2” body lift which may help tuck the winch in there.

I went through some pains to keep it high and tight, but strong. I moved the radiator back an inch and slipped in a piece of 1/4" mesh in front of it to stop any nasty sticks. The fairlead is only 3" out in front of the face of the grill.

Bumper on my wife's 4runner. Last picture makes it look wider than it actually is

How does the (assuming) 22re like pushing those wheels and tires around?
Yep 22re and Not too bad actually. Unfortunately my buddy didnt want to sell those wheels and we just put them to test fit the 33's. They were the wrong backspacing and rubbed some. They were 3.5" of backspacing and really need a 4.5-4.25. Had them on for a day and was able to go 70 on I90 here in bozeman no problem.

Wait, are you telling me those are just 33s? They look friggn’ ‘uuge.

They do look big and they are technically a 35, 315/75r16 but the tape measure says otherwise. And the wife's 4runner is bone stock minus the trimming to get rid of rust so that helps them look 'uuge!

Here are two for ya. The one from my old red 4Runner was designed for a warn 8k winch. The one on my white ex cab is designed around a Superwinch Husky 10

Imho: the 86 photographs better, the 85 looks better in person.
