Is that a rhetorical question? :grinpimp:

A friend calls LCs "rust buckets" since he used to have one many moons ago.

I understand your a student, but is the price of what you get for it going to make a difference? What diff is a couple grand in student loans at the end of the day?

Listen I am not judgeing your finances, just being curious. Only you know. But when I sit back and say, hey a student needs an economy car, transpo, etc, A BJ60 fits the bill. And when a student is spending 50-80 k for an education I wonder what difference a 2k vehicle would do to the overall picture.

Best of luck.

I'm still torn actually... I kind of fear that I may not have one again for a long long time...

I tend to agree, don't sell the truck. Especially since you are an archaeology student. You'll probably need the truck for to and from sites in the summer. Handy for packing gear and all that.

Yuppers... sometimes it's so tough to part with something you like so much :D

But hey its just a truck, if you need the money do whats best. I think you will find another if you want later. Good thing is the prices seem pretty solid for BJ60's. They don't depreciate fast or go up in value much. Very stable IMOP.

*lol* I heard a guy in the US is asking $11,000 US for a BJ60 that is rusted to s***e... the diesel engines go for BIGGGGGGGGGG money down there! My jaw hit the floor when I heard that.

Thank you brownbear... patience is something I have, and a belief that one day again I'll get another :)
