any shots of the body from underneath? (especially in rear lower sill and rear corners where the rusty areas are showing on the outside.)

looks like it had some recent paint and there may have been some rust/rot areas underneath. Have you taken a magnet to those areas to see if theres metal underneath vs. plastic filler/bondo type stuff?
