Hello fellow 80-heads. I've a 94, the last non-airbag year. I'm not too concerned for the lack of an airbag but I am annoyed by the uncomfortable "triple spine" steering wheel. I know, I know, First-World LC problems, right?

Currently my wheel looks like this:

I'd much prefer it look like this:

Much easier to hold onto for long trips.

My question: Will the 1995-1997 80 series, and/or the 1998-2007 100 series steering wheels fit on my 1994 80?

Tons of steering wheels from a wide range of toyotas (and many other vehicles) will fit. The junkyard is your oyster!

I have the same want/need. Did you ever switch out to a new steering wheel? I too have a '94 and loathe the triple spline.... If you did, can you share what you did? Thanks!

Yessir, and the result is truly epic! Check my write up here. If you pony up $50, I'll ship you the 2 spoke steering wheel I put on while I was working on my rig's original wheel.
