Anyone apart from Slee making rear bumpstop spacers/extensions in 30 to 50 mm thickness. I see Landcruiserphil was, but they're not listed on the LCP website. Slee wants payment by wire transfer which is kind of prohibitive. There's an Aussie place doing them in 30 40 50 mm sizes:
