What is your front drive shaft single u-joint angle? Must be more than 1º ?

When I get time I will pull my front drive shaft and measure the two flange angles and see how much additional castor I can introduce. I can see why so many just put up with the deficient castor 'wandering' .

High probability its greater than 1º.

I'll throw my experience in here. I've got 4" lift springs in, and my own castor plates which are 3.25deg. I'm running a DC front shaft.
My single u-joint angle is approx 0.5deg. I have no vibes, and the truck runs smooth at all speeds.

Do your castor plates add 3.25º or result in 3.25º castor (measure on the rack)?

Interesting, that guy is going through just what I did when I put the lift in. Too much correction with the supplied 5deg plates. If he doesn't change the castor plates even a DC shaft probably won't fix the vibes.

Part time conversion is done. A number of hiccups along the way but it's all there now.
