Hey guys - I know its hard to acquire the reinforcement brackets (i've been waiting for 2 months for my lower bracket which I purchased from Amazon Japan) so I decided to make my own from a 3/8 metal. Pretty easy, cut, bend, weld to reinforcement the strength, line it up, drill holes, its holding up pretty tough.

I went ahead and made my own 3/8 reinforcement brackets for my USDM 95 and its holding up well.

1 for upper tailgater catch
2 for lower tail gate
1 for upper pillar
1 for lower pillar
