i can get a smokin deal on a set of 80 axles for my lv. i like the extra width and disk brakes. any opinions? how are 80 axles for strength?

They are great for strength. Better than anything we got in the US stock.
The width is a problem. I've thought about cutting down a set if I come across another pair for the right price. It's fine on the back of my pig, but too much for my street going LV.
You'll have to do a bunch of work getting all the brackets off and smoothing it up for leafs.
You'll need 16" rims too. 15s won't clear the rear calipers.

i shoved 60 axles under mine, come take a looka at it some time and we could go over what it would take for you to do this.
