80 series 4wd divorced transfercase modification

Hi.Can a 80 series transfercase be modified to work as a divorced transfercase?
The engine im using is a dyna 11b engine with a injector/ injector pump upgrade and the gearbox will be a 14b gearbox.

It definitely could, zero reason it couldn't be done. That said I'm not familiar with anyone offering such a thing. You'd need a custom input shaft or flange that integrates with the stick input gear along with some kind of front retainer plate, etc

The trans and T-case are separated. Attached with a driveshaft.

Is it difficult to get a 4wd Dyna transfer case where you’re at? Or is just not compatible with the vehicle this combo this is going in?

I reckon anything is possible if you can make an input yoke and maybe a plate with a seal to bolt on to the transmission.

Im in south africa the 4wd dyna gearbox is hard to get here.I did see a video of a guy that used a lt230 transfercase and modified it to a divorced transfercase with a custom input joke and stub shaft.I also wanted to know how the Centre diff lock works on the 80 series transfercase.I can get a custom input yoke made.
