Not an 80, but product of HFS, aka TO.

A local's front for FJC installed today.

Crating, which I may save for coffin. This addictions expensive, and I won't care when the time comes.

That is a great looking bumper ! Is it winch ready ?

Just noticed the reciever for a winch. Nice !!

All bumpers and swing arms are shipped in crates, never just wrapped and strapped to a pallet. The bumpers are bolted inside the crates so they do not move.

One customer painted a crate black and used it as a coffin prop for halloween

80 Series Bumper Pricing

The tube bumper shown can be built with either .120” wall or .188 wall DOM tubing. This bumper is designed to be used on an 80 series frame that has had 3 5/8” cut off it’s length, including the rear most cross member. This is done to increase departure angle. The OEM spare tire mount and any exhaust components behind the passenger rear tire are also removed from the vehicle. The rear cross member is replaced with the bumper itself and a secondary 1.5” X 2.5” X .188” wall Rectangular tubing cross member that also acts as the forward mounting point for the 2” receiver.

The bumper attaches to the main frame via 4- ½” grade 8 bolts and one 12mm grade 10.9 on each side. Side wings of the bumper attach to the side of the frame using 4 8mm bolts. All mounting points to the frame are constructed with ¼” plate steel. Recovery points are ¾” wide and tied directly to the frame. A 2” receiver is standard as shown.

Swingouts are available in two configurations. Standard swing out is a single arm with a spare tire mount. A Jerry can rack or ladder can be added at an additional cost. Can rack and ladder mount to tabs and are removable and interchangeable. Dual swing out version puts the spare tire on one rack and either a Jerry Can rack or ladder on the second rack. A Hi-Lift jack mount can be added to either version at an additional cost.

Standard Bumper $ 975.00

Single Swing Out
SwingOut $ 725.00
Jerry Can Rack $ 175.00
Hi-Lift Mount $ 75.00

Looks good! I can't decipher the pricing, I think it's the way the spacing is. What would you be looking at for a dual swing out, tire and jerry can holder?

Single Swing Out Dual Swing Out

SwingOut $ 555.00 Tire Swingout $ 475.00
Jerry Can Rack $ 125.00 Jerry Can or Ladder Ladder $ 125.00 Swing Out $ 475.00
Hi-Lift Mount $ 75.00 Hi- Lift Mount $ 75.00

I fixed the pricing post, spacing was all screwed up.

I picked up a roller that I can build rear bumpers on :)

Second 80 series bumper was finished today, goes in to paint tomorrow AM. I got rid of the roller 80 and picked up a 91 with a blown motor:) Some day it will sport either a 6L or 5.3 Vortec and GM driveline. My wife is already designing a new interior.

you still making these @NCFJ ? Got any updated pictures?

I no longer build bumpers.
