I'm starting to collect parts for my mini-truck ps conversion on my 79 FJ40. I need a 79-85 mini-truck gearbox in preferably good working order. Thanks

my .02, get a reman, not used. i went used and its got some problems and now i have to get it rebuilt anyway. Contact Georg at Valley Hybrids. he had some last time i checked. plus hes got everything else you need. also if you still have smog equipment you will have some unique challenges. Ask me how i know.

Georg is hooking me up with everything else. Unfortunately he doesn't have any boxes in stock at the moment. What kind of issues have you had doing the conversion with smog stuff? Just curious because I still have a smog pump in there, but most everything else is desmogged. Thanks
