77 fj45 frame

Howdy

I'm looking for some ideas on replacing my frame ( not repairable)
with something functional that would be an easyish swap. I am
looking for something low budget not a matkins or aqualu. I'm open
to any all ideas and it doesn't have to be a toy frame.

That's what I thought too, when you do the exchange the math works.
Aqualu's frames sure are nice but holy $$$$$$$$$$ are they costly.

Might want to call SOR. I talked to Marv late summer last year, he was heading over to Australia and was hoping to pick up a few. Not sure if he did or not, but worth a call.

He told me he was going to sell them for whatever price he had on his website...which I think is around $900. You would have swap steering pedestal mounts and either modify or swap the front x member also.

Or swap some bits around, the front part of the frame is still good, the back end well...there isn't one. Thanks for the info Matt will try Marv @ SOR 2morra.
