I need help tracking down Toyota part numbers and prices for dash parts on a LHD 75 Series. I do not need info on the parts crossed out in red. Edit, will need info on Heater Control Panel

I know this is a lot to ask, but I am in the US and doubt that I could walk into my local Toyota dealership and they would have 75 Series parts information.

Thanks

That's a lot of parts! There was a parts program available for download some time back that worked pretty well. The system is a little tricky to get to use, but having the part numbers from you would make it far less time consuming to look up all the pricing. I can tell you that most of those parts will be pretty spendy to get new....so what happened to your truck? Is it just missing all these parts or are they cosmetically just flawed? Sounds like you are trying to convert a RHD to LHD though....

Price is not an issue. The parts are for a 79 series that I am building that came with no dash parts. 75 Series parts will fit the 79 series and I like the 75 series dash design better than the 79 series.

I am hoping to find someone who has this same image or one close to this on micro fiche with part numbers to go along with the part name. That would at least be a start. I think with the part number I may have a better chance of finding a price here in the states.

75 and 79 share the same dash, right??? Otherwise, prado dash or the latest dash.;)

X2
what difference do you mean besides the cluster, and colour between the ages

Isn't the combination meter different between the 75 and 79 series?

Different connections to the wiring loom and electronic speedo on 79 vs mechanical on the 75, or something like that?

Yea the cluster gauges, speedo ,etc is different in the before and after 1999, but they will fit in each others place they just won't work,
but dfference in the complete rest of the dash between 75-79 I would say none

Yes, all same shape size, also some slight differences in the parts around the combination meter, such as pre-heating (and possibly other) lights in the panel surrounding the meter in the 75 vs pre-heating light within the combination meter on the 79, small things like that.

They did change the dash on some later 79 series. My body is a 2010 body and the sales brochures shows a very different dash on these later 79 series.

Ok, I didn't want to post this but I guess I will. I have made a deal with a Landcruiser parts vender to order all of the above 75 series major dash parts for my 79 series body onto a 62 series frame project. I traded a large amount of 80 series and 62 series parts in exchange for them ordering these dash parts for me. This was back in July and I haven't seen part one. When I went to them in person they said they did not want to give me some of the parts until they ALL came in, that was 2 months ago. They said about 30 or more separate pieces. They have not responded to my Emails asking what the status on these parts are. I am trying to get a value on all these parts in case this can not be resolved and I have to persue legal action.

This has been very frustrating and needless to say this vender will not be getting any more of my business.

The ideal for me would be to buy a basket case 70 series from Canada as a parts vehicle without engine, transfer, transmission, for all the interior pieces.

As mentioned above, use toyodiy.com

That is a version of the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) put up onto a web page.

It has parts info and pricing, not sure if the pricing is $US/trade, and when it was valid for, but it should give you a good idea.

I am looking for Left Hand drive. The picture was only as a reference of what I am looking for. I don't need the actual parts right now, just numbers and prices.

Have you tried G and S Cruiser parts, they have a lot of RHD stuff, but I would think a lot of it is interchangable? I know a while ago they were throwing a lot of that dash stuff out (I think I may have a few boxes full of them myself) so it wouldn't be very expensive, except for shipping.
Cheers,
Deny

I got the 2010 79 Series from Proffitt's Cruisers. My local Toyota dealership parts manager suggested I call a Toyota dealership in Canada where the 70 series were sold and see if they would fax me a copy of a screen shot with the parts numbers I am looking for. Not a bad idea. Anyone on here work in Canada at a Toyota dealership?

Just look them up youself on toyodiy.com, if your are looking for <= 2007 parts.

It has diagrams, part numbers, and prices (which may not be current, but can give you an idea).

Use a proxy server to make it think you are located outside of the US, so you can see the diagrams.

x3 on toyodiy.com...you will have to follow their steps to be able to gain access to the diagrams...it will take a few minutes but you will then have a wealth of info at your fingertips.

you will find every part # you need along with approx prices...the prices aren't gonna be pretty.

you are far better off buying a parts rig from canada...if you do it right and sell the good parts you don't need you should be able to get the parts you do need for next to nothing if not free.

I know the vender you are talking about...there customer service sucks. Very hit or miss with them.
