Just began looking to sell our 1974 FJ40, I'm hearing it may be like a diamond in the dust. It has been stored under cover in our barn. It sat for about 7 years without use, then in 2010 we got it running in less than a day by putting in a new battery, spark plugs, and some carborator cleaner. We know the fuel lines and gas tank should be replaced, that may be all it takes. We just had our second child and just know we don't have the time to get use of it so we want it to go to a good home. I made a photobucket account with pictures of it where it is (currently in a bay blocked by a dog kennel). If you need more photos, I can pull it out. It is all original, was given some diamond plate panels custom cut for it as a gift years ago and haven't even put those on. Tires in good shape even. Located in Idaho, you pick it up.
