Well, after much debate, reason & life has won . I am selling my 40 so I can purchase a more 'family' friendly vehicle and keep the happy.

Here is the low down:

1972 FJ40 with 2F and 4 speed.
Warn 8274 winch
Bikini top purchased through MUD from ocdbeetle
3" OME shackle lift with Procomp shocks
33" BFG MT w/ 70% tread left
4 wheel disc brake conversion - purchased the complete rear kit from Poser (minus the calipers) and did the mini truck axle swap on the front. Actually Belmont148 did most of the work. I drank beer and tried to stay out of the way.......
MC from a 91 non-abs FJ80
Booster from 97 FJ80
Jegs proportioning valve
New battery
Gear reduction starter
New distributor cap, points, plugs and wires

I have a set of hard doors, but they need some work.

The body is straight, but there is some bondo in the rear, not too bad though. The dash has a cut out for a radio the PO had in it. No jump seats and factory rollbar.

I have had it on C-list for as long as it has been on MUD. Lot's of low ball offers (really bad). If it is still in my garage on Monday, Ebay will be my next option.
