I had also posted this in the landcruisers subreddit.

I did some digging and facebook chatted with the owner. He is interested in selling but when I asked him for a ballpark of what he would want for it he went radio silent.

If anyone in CO wants what looks to be a clean pig in easily restorable condition, I can give you his contact info.

It has in fact been sitting for 2 years, and it has no title, as he never titled or registered it after he bought it.
