Oh this build is so badass!! Gotta love JAX! Lived there for 12 years...flew out of Craig field every week Flew by NAS all the time- good memories!

Another really funny thing is that my dad started/owned/sold the Hostess/Wonderbread distributorship there in Jacksonville off of Rogero Rd! Ya gotta love the step-van trucks

Can't wait to see more pics...the color is gonna be awesome!

Fxxxing hate rust been cleaning up tub for paint and look what I found under a homemade panel from the previous owner

Fixing up the tub for paint still and look what I find people that think fiberglass fixes rust sicken me ¶÷:

The fiberglass is just there to protect the rust. Gotta keep all the original parts intact after all, right

Thx hopefully you'll see the body painted by the end of the weekend at least that's the goal after i fix this damn rust spots i know i shouldn't complain I've seen a whole lot worse its just i hate shotty repairs like fiberglass over rust or a s***ty patch or my absolute pet peve throughing diamond plate over the problem instead of fixing it

Sanded preped and primed this weekend paint next weekend glad i got good buddies to help cause body work takes forever corners turned out great can't even tell where i welded the seems together to make her a pickup

Took the tub and top to linex today gonna cost me 600 simoens

Yea i have had several ideas about the bed just haven't settled on one yet it will probably be one of the last things i do line x called me today to tell me my tub was done ill pick it up tomorrow then paint after pain putting it back together adding power steering and getting the 4bt humming will be the next priorities ideas for the bed would be great i still. Want to be able to open the rear hatch on the hartop

I got the tub and top cap back from line x and painted the top

Oh....so sweet. I like the look of the rear fenders in the back of the inside of the tub - very sweet!

Not being critical, just curious....is there a reason you didn't pull the pedal assembly before the Line-X?

Seriously bad-ass work though!
